Remanufacturing is a future. By remanufacturing we save up to 80% of material and 55% of energy that under normal circumstances would be neccessary for a new parts production. One of our main segments are injection pumps. Before remanufacturing the injection pump, it is neccessary to analyse the error codes from the pump control unit. Afterward we will dismantle the pump and assess condition of the individual components. Non-functional and damaged parts are removed automatically and replaced with new clean functional parts. The injection pump completion follows manufacturers strict technological procedures. The pump is tested at an authorized station.The result of final dynamic and calibration testing is calibration protocol proving 100% functionality of the injection pump.
